EPULSUS®-FPMX-Y

The EPULSUS®-FPMX-Y incorporates a SiC MOSFET Marx Modulator designed especially for pulsed power applications into resistive or capacitive type loads, delivering up to 15 kV / 100 A / 200 W square wave flexible repetitive positive pulses, from 50 ns rise time, depending on the load, resistive or capacitance, and short-circuit protection, flexible frequency and pulse width variation from 200ns to 100µs, depending on the average power.

The EPULSUS®-BMX-Y incorporates a bipolar Marx Modulator based on state-of-the art semiconductor technology designed especially for pulsed power applications into resistive type loads, delivering from 10 kV /200A /3 kW up to 20 kV / 400 A /18 kW square wave flexible repetitive positive pulses, with 250 ns rise time and short-circuit protection, flexible frequency and pulse width variation limited only by the output power.

EPULSUS®-BMX-Y comes inside 800x600x400 mm3 to 2000x800x600 mm3 of volume equipment with IP54 enclosure protection and single-phase or three-phase input.
