EPULSUS®-FBM1-5

The EPULSUS®-FBM1-5 incorporates a SiC MOSFET bipolar Marx Modulator designed especially for pulsed power applications into resistive type loads, delivering up to 5 kV / 50 A square wave flexible repetitive bipolar pulses, of burst pulse trains, from 500ns pulse width and 200ns time between pulses, with flexible burst frequency and programmed overcorrect protection.

EPULSUS®-FPM1-15

The EPULSUS®-FPM1-15 incorporates a SiC MOSFET Marx Modulator designed especially for pulsed power applications into capacitive type loads, delivering up to 15 kV / 100 A square wave flexible repetitive positive pulses, from 50 ns rise time, depending on the load capacitance, and short-circuit protection, flexible frequency and pulse width variation from 200ns to 100µs.

EPULSUS®-PM1-10 is an 800x600x400 mm3 volume equipment with IP54 enclosure protection and single-phase input. This equipment has two versions, 3.5kW (PM1.1) and 7kW (PM1.2).

EPSULSUS®-LPM1-10 is a laboratory version of the PM1 equipment with 2.2kW, which also enables pilot-plants operation.
